The horizontal continuous electroplating production line comprises a electroplating conveyer and at least two electroplating cylinder bodies; wherein the electroplating conveyer comprises steel band and a steel band turning device which are mutually connected, the electroplating cylinder body comprises two notches correspondingly arranged on the running direction of the steel band, several hangers are arranged on the steel band in order, and the steel band and its hanger enable horizontal movement between at least two electroplating cylinder bodies through the notch. By using the horizontal continuous electroplating production line, the electroplated product is subjected to transmission, upper hanging, oil removing, plating of an impact nickel layer, plating of a sand nickel layer, plating of a nickel-cobalt alloy layer, treatment in a nitrate hanging zone, and lower hanging, and then is subjected to a novel upper hanging technology, so that horizontal continuous electroplating production is realized. The provided production line and the production technology can obtain the electroplated product with uniform color of the electroplated surface and the uniform coating thickness, a structure of the electroplating production line is simplified, production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is increased.
