The two chemical substances have germinating effect for majority of seeds which improves the applicability of the slow-release seed germinating agent. As the gibberellin is a more effective germinating agent, so the ratio of giberellin is dominant in the agent. The polymer material is polyhydroxyalkanoates, the macro molecule polymer material can form the material for surface coated and wrap the effective ingredients of germinating agent in the material. The additives include stabilizer, adhesive and foaming agent. The stabilizer and adhesive can guarantee that the ingredients in polymer material are stable and the ingredients can bond with each other which is convenient for packaging. The foaming agent can form hole on the surface of polymer material when spraying the slow-release germinating agent with water which is convenient for the release of effective ingredients. 2-8% stabilizer, 5-15% adhesive and 5-10% foaming agent, the ratio can fully play the performance of slow-release seed germinating agent.
