As the gibberellin is a more effective germinating agent, so the ratio of giberellin is dominant in the agent. The polymer material is polyhydroxyalkanoates, the macro molecule polymer material can form the material for surface coated and wrap the effective ingredients of germinating agent in the material. The additives include stabilizer, adhesive and foaming agent. The stabilizer and adhesive can guarantee that the ingredients in polymer material are stable and the ingredients can bond with each other which is convenient for packaging.
