Abstract

The invention relates to a treating process for pig deoxycholic acid production wastewater. The treating process includes the steps of cooling: cooling the wastewater containing fatty acid, mucoprotein and impure cholic acid water to a temperature lower than 10 DEG C; primary acidizing: adjusting the PH (potential of hydrogen) value of the cooled wastewater to range from 5 to 6 and stopping acidizing when milk white color shows up, and stirring the wastewater for 5-10 minutes till the wastewater becomes clear; secondary acidizing: adjusting the PH value of the wastewater to range from 2 to 3 so as to enable the wastewater to form flocculent sediments, and standing for a period of time to form upper acid water and lower flocculent sediments. Step-by-step acidizing of the wastewater is finished at a low temperature: the wastewater is primarily acidized to adjust the PH value to be equal to 5-6 and is then stirred for several minutes until black fluid sediments are generated; most of the bile pigments, the mucoprotein and the fatty acid settle at the first, and then the wastewater is secondarily acidized to adjust the PH value to be equal to 2-3 to enable the flocculent impure cholic acid to settle, so that the fatty acid, the mucoprotein and the impure cholic acid left in the wastewater can be removed effectively, and the BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) in the wastewater can be decreased.
