A controller circuit comprises a power supply module, a communication module, a button module, a main control module and a driving module; the driving module is composed of two sub-units including a mechanical switch driving unit and a current conversion loop driving unit; the mechanical switch driving unit is used for controlling charging/discharging switches of separating/closing energy-storage capacitors in a mechanical switch operation mechanism-repulsion mechanism power supply cabinet; the mechanical switch driving unit comprises driving circuits of charging switch IGBTs of a rapid separating capacitor, a slow separating capacitor and a closing capacitor, and driving circuits of discharging switch thyristors of the rapid separating capacitor, the slow separating capacitor and the closing capacitor; and the current conversion loop driving unit is used for controlling a trigger switch of a current conversion loop.
