The invention provides a frequency conversion power module of an all-in-one machine of an explosive-proof frequency conversion motor. The frequency conversion power module comprises a rack, an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator) element, a direct current capacitor, a rectifier diode, a composite low-induction busbar, an alternating current laminated busbar, a drive circuit assembly, a control circuit assembly, a water-cooled heat sink, a discharge resistor, a soft high pressure water intake pipe, and a high pressure water exhaust pipe. A core element of a frequency converter core is a water-cooled power module integrated by the frequency conversion power module, and has a high power density. The core element can be disassembled entirely, and is convenient to maintain and replace in a mine. The frequency conversion power module is different from the prior art in that components in the power module are arranged in a distributed mode, and are not convenient to maintain and replace in the mine when the power module breaks down. According to the water-cooled heat sink, high pressure water drawn from the ground can be directly applied to carrying out the water cooling heat dissipation, thereby replacing the prior art that an independent set of circulating cooling water device is required in the mine. According to the frequency conversion power module, the cost is reduced, and the area and the volume of the equipment in the mine are saved. The power module provided by the invention is convenient to maintain and replace.
