Abstract

The nano-structured super-hydrophobic coating is composed of, by weight, 1-20% of a medium nano-filler, 46-88% of a resin matrix, 10-30% of a solvent and 1-4% of a curing agent. The nano-structured super-hydrophobic coating filter paper carrier is applied to germ spore carriers of a pressure steam sterilization biological indicator, an ethylene oxide biological indicator and a low temperature plasma biological indicator. The nano-structured super-hydrophobic coating carrier's lower layer is super-hydrophobic and will not influence water absorption of the upper layer. A bacteria liquid can be uniformly distributed on the upper layer and will not flow out of the lower layer.
