Abstract

The invention discloses a genetically engineered strain directed to produce anti-tuberculous activity and antitumor activity compounds and an application thereof. The genetically engineered strain isthe genetically engineered strain obtained by knocking out an ialL gene or an ilaR gene in a genome of Streptomyces atratus SCSIO ZH16, a nucleotide sequence of the ialL gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.1,and the nucleotide sequence of the ialR gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.2. The genetically engineered strain can produce compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with anti-tuberculosis activity and anti-tumor activity,and demonstrates their great value in development of anti-tuberculosis drugs.
