Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, most of the wood used in our house construction and furniture production, especially in the production of pure wooden houses, is made of wood squares sawn from a single trunk. The square is also easily deformed, cracked or broken
Synthetic wood squares can solve the above problems, but because the existing synthesis method is made of wood squares stacked and bonded layer by layer, it is prone to cracking, glue exposure, deformation, etc., and has not been promoted and applied.

Embodiment 1

[0007] a. Dry and degrease wood such as Canadian SPF, Nordic spruce, American Douglas fir, southern pine and domestic fast-growing poplar to make the water content reach 4%, then rehydrate the wood to 12% water content, and pass through a vacuum high-temperature cellar for 180 Dry at high temperature in Celsius, and then enter the balance room for 20 days before processing. b. Plane the above-mentioned treated wood with a four-side planer. c. Cut off the exfoliated joints, rotten, moth-eaten and edge parts of the planed wood. d. Select materials for the wood treated above, and the length of the wood should reach more than 300mm, and then mill the teeth. e. The finger is connected to the wooden square with a length of 6100mm, a width of 50-140mm and a thickness of 20mm. f. Plane and glue the four sides of the above-mentioned wooden square, and press 17KG vertically to form a wooden square with a length of 6100mm, a width of 400mm, and a thickness of 20mm with an A-shaped pane...

Abstract

The invention discloses a production process for an alternately-laminated building block. The production process comprises the steps that firstly, douglas-fir, southern pine, Chinese fast-growing poplar and the like are dried and degreased till the water content of the douglas-fir, the southern pine and the Chinese fast-growing poplar reaches 4%, then moisture regain is conducted till the water content is 12%, the douglas-fir, the southern pine and the Chinese fast-growing poplar are dried at the high temperature of 180 DEG C through a vacuum high-temperature cellar, and then the douglas-fir, the southern pine and the Chinese fast-growing poplar are put into a balancing room and placed for 20 days; secondly, shaving, cutting, material sorting, gear milling and finger joint are conducted, and a piece of laminated timber is obtained; thirdly, the four faces of the laminated timber are polished and glued, 17 kg of longitudinal jointed boards are pressurized with an A-shaped makeup into longitudinal boards, and parts of the longitudinal boards are selected and machined into transverse boards; and finally the longitudinal boards and the transverse boards are correspondingly coated with waterproof glue for the outdoor, longitudinally and transversely stacked into 3-9 layers and then pressed with a 400-ton pressing machine, then curing and moisture regain are conducted for 48 hours, and then the alternately-laminated building block material is obtained. The alternately-laminated building block material produced through the method is low-carbon, environmentally-friendly and high in construction efficiency; and most importantly, the alternately-laminated building block material has extremely high strength, fire resistance and shock resistance and is the only environmental-friendly low-carbon building material capable of replacing reinforced concrete.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of wooden materials for construction and furniture, in particular to a production process of cross-layered building blocks. Background technique [0002] At present, most of the wood used in our house construction and furniture production, especially in the production of pure wooden houses, is made of wood squares sawn from a single trunk. The square is also easily deformed, cracked or broken. Synthetic wooden squares can solve the above problems, but because the existing synthetic method is formed by superimposing and bonding wooden squares layer by layer, it is easy to produce phenomena such as cracking, exposed glue, deformation, etc., and has not been promoted and applied. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention overcomes the disadvantages of the above-mentioned wood cube manufacturing method, and provides a cross-laminated wood production process. [0004] The present invention is achieved through th...
