The fixing plate is provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, and a push rod of the second hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the first through hole and is connected with a plunger chip mold core. The plunger chip mold core is located in the sleeve and corresponds to the bottom mould. The fixing plate is provided with third hydraulic cylinders, the push rods of the third hydraulic cylinders penetrate through the second through holes and are connected with a flanging mould assembly which is arranged on the periphery of the plunger chip mold core in a sleeving mode and comprises flanging moulds.
