Problems solved by technology

However, the emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology still has the disadvantages of slow and low strength development and poor water stability, so it is mostly used for the base layer or the underlying layer, and is not suitable for the repair of asphalt pavement surface layer diseases, especially pothole diseases. Rapid repair of surface pits and grooves that cannot meet the needs of rapid on-site repairs such as traffic arterial roads with large traffic volumes, earthquake-resistant repair roads, and open traffic in a short period of time
If the emulsified asphalt cold recycled material is used in the emergency repair of pothole diseases, due to its poor water stability, it is easy to cause the repaired potholes to be damaged again under the coupling effect of rainwater and vehicle loads under the rainy and humid environment due to its poor water stability. The vicious cycle of "repair it if it is broken, and repair it if it is repaired" affects the traffic capacity of the road
These shortcomings greatly limit the application range of emulsified asphalt cold recycled materials and hinder the improvement of the recycling rate of old asphalt mixture

Abstract

The invention discloses a cold-regeneration quick repairing material. The cold-regeneration quick repairing material is characterized by being prepared by mixing three parts of A, B and C in a mass ratio of 1: (0.05-0.10): (0.25-0.45), wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 70 parts of old asphalt mixtures, 30 to 60 parts of new aggregates, 2 to 4 parts of regenerants, and 10 to 20 parts of fine sand; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of early strength agents, 0.5 to 0.8 part of a water reducer, and 1.5 to 2.5 parts of fibers; the component C comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60 to 80 parts of emulsified asphalt, 20 to 40 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 15 to 25 parts of water, 10 to 20 parts of curing agents, and 1 to 5 parts of coupling agents. The cold-regeneration quick repairing material disclosed by the invention has high early strength, can be opened to traffic after repairing for 1 day to greatly reduce the traffic closing time, has excellent resistance to water damage and further both has good high-temperature stability and low-temperature crack resistance, thereby being capable of carrying out quick cold-regeneration repair for pavement diseases, especially in a humid environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of road maintenance, and in particular relates to a cold regeneration quick repair material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The minimum design life of asphalt pavements above grade 2 in my country is 12 years. However, due to the common traffic characteristics of heavy load and large flow on roads in our country, asphalt pavements are in a state of overload for a long time, and the service life is greatly reduced. Most asphalt pavements need to be repaired. During the medium repair, the asphalt pavement as a whole has entered a period of coexistence of construction and maintenance and increasingly heavy maintenance work. When the traditional restoration process maintains the road surface, the old asphalt mixture that has been milled and planed is often discarded directly, which not only wastes resources and occupies land, but also pollutes soil and water sources if it is not handled prop...
