In the method, one or more ultrasonic generators are arranged in a raw material storage tank or a settlement tank in the gravity settling direction, only one ultrasonic generator acts in the direction of the same vertical line. An emulsion breaking device for implementing the method comprises the raw material storage tank or the settlement tank, and one or more ultrasonic generators are arranged at the bottom or/and top of the raw material storage tank or the settlement tank. The ultrasonic generators are distributed reasonably according to structural size and ultrasonic radiation areas, so that the ultrasonic generators cover comprehensively, and are prevented from being overlapped. The ultrasonic generators are connected with ultrasonic distributors, and one ultrasonic generator is arranged in one ultrasonic distributor. The action direction of the ultrasonic wave is the vertical direction and is consistent with the gravity settling direction, so the driving force is added in the oil-water settling direction, and the oil-water settling speed is accelerated. The method comprises steps as follows: the water-borne epoxy resin and the water-borne curing agent are uniformly mixed in a certain proportion, and the SBS modified emulsified asphalt in a certain proportion is mixed in the formed mixture; an obtained waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt mixed solution is sheared at a high speed for certain time, cement and a coupling water solution in a certain proportion are added, the mixture is continuously stirred for certain time, and the anti-shear, anti-drawing, anti-fatigue and durable composite binding material for repairing of the pits in the asphalt pavement can be obtained. The prepared CWEA type composite binder has higher anti-shear and anti-drawing performance at low temperature, also has excellent anti-shear, anti-fatigue and durable characteristics at high temperature and is an organic and inorganic composite which has good processability and can be used for repairing of pits formed in the asphalt pavement in catastrophes.

The offshore oil heavy oil thermal recovery produced sewage de-emulsifier has the advantages of low dose, good treatment effect, and good water solubility. The de-emulsifier can diffuse fast to an oil-water interface and break the interface liquid film. The de-emulsifier has good de-emulsifying performance against emulsion of heavy oil thermal recovery produced sewage. Under low temperature and low dose, a dehydration rate can rapidly reach 75% or higher, such that excellent de-emulsifying performance is shown.
