The invention provides an opening control method for a
hydrogen cylinder
system of a
hydrogen fuel
cell. The opening control method comprises the following steps: S100, acquiring the current pressure of each
hydrogen cylinder; S200, sequencing and
numbering the hydrogen cylinders according to the
pressure difference threshold values of
bottleneck valves; S300, screening out the cylinder opening valve with the
maximum pressure difference threshold value in the cylinder opening valves which are not opened, wherein the number of the hydrogen cylinder corresponding to the cylinder opening valve is A, the pressure of the hydrogen cylinder with the number A is P (A), and the
pressure difference threshold value of the cylinder opening valve of the hydrogen cylinder with the number A is DPmax; S400, reading the current pressure Ptube of a
hydrogen supply pipeline, judging whether P(A) -Ptube is greater than or equal to DPmax or not, if so, executing step S600, and if not, executing step S500; S500, keeping the
bottleneck valve of the hydrogen cylinder with the serial number of A in a
closed state, operating a
hydrogen fuel cell, and turning to step S400; S600, opening the cylinder opening valve of the hydrogen
bottle with the serial number of A, and after waiting for time twait, turning to step S700; and S700, judging whether the
bottleneck valves of all the hydrogen cylinders are opened or not, if so, ending the process, and if not, turning to step S300.
