The invention discloses a filter pressing treatment process for oily
sludge, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas field
waste treatment. Comprising the following steps: feeding the oily
sludge into a preheating
tempering tank, adding
alkyl glycoside and
amorphous silicon powder, and carrying out gradient heating and stirring to obtain pretreated
sludge; then feeding the pretreated sludge into a mixing reactor, adding a composite modified filter aid prepared from hydrophobic modified diatomite, quaternized modified
chitosan, aminated modified
graphene oxide and the like, and performing stirring-ultrasonic treatment to obtain demulsified sludge; feeding the demulsified sludge into a
filter press which is pre-coated with a porous non-hydrophobized diatomite pre-
coating layer and is provided with double-layer breathable gradient aperture filter cloth, and finally, performing low-pressure
material distribution and
gradient boosting filter pressing, and after filter pressing, introducing instantaneous high-pressure
nitrogen to perform micro back-flushing and cake unloading, and purging the filter cloth to complete the operation. According to the process, an oil-water-
silicon fine particle emulsification
system can be effectively broken and removed, the problems of high-altitude low-temperature agglomeration and
system microphase separation are relieved, graded interception and blockage prevention are realized, and the filter pressing efficiency and stability are improved.
