A control center and a mobile phone which are connected with the Internet are adopted to monitor and control the engineering vehicle in real time; a 4G network or a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) technology is used to upload data monitored by the system to a server, so that the Internet speed requirement of the system for real-time monitoring and remote control can be satisfied; and data collected by a sensor of the invention can fully cover positions of common faults of the engineering vehicle. A map is built in an on-board computer, so that the accurate position of the vehicle can be monitored in real time. The remote monitoring and control system of the engineering vehicle based on the Internet provided by the invention can realize unmanned remote control driving and automatic driving, fully ensures the personal safety of a driver driving under a high risk environment, and meanwhile realizes an automatic driving function.
