Heat dissipation fins are arranged at the lower end of the base plate. The heat dissipation fan is an axial flow fan. The length of a shell of the fan is equal to the length of the base plate. A clamping groove is formed in the middle of the air-out side of the heat dissipation fan. Two sets of air outlets are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the clamping groove and used for conducting ventilating and heat dissipation on the UV-LED point light source of the base plate and the heat dissipation fins. One ends of the heat dissipation fins are flush with the edges of the base plate, gaps are formed between the other ends of the heat dissipation fins and the air outlets.
