The low-resistance charging roller has the advantages that a photosensitive drum of a printer can not be polluted or damaged by the low-resistance charging roller; the resistance is low and uniform; the wearing coefficient of a PU material is generally more than ten times that of a rubber material, the PU material can not be aged or does not generate ozone,and the service life of the PU material is 6-8 times that of a rubber roller; and the performance is stable, and the performance of the rubber roller is little changed with the change of temperatureand humidity.
