Abstract

The invention discloses a waterborne low-energy cold light source-cured wood door coating and a preparation method thereof. The waterborne low-energy cold light source-cured wood door coating is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 45% of water-soluble polyurethane acrylate, 16% of water-soluble modified epoxy acrylate, 0.3% of a waterborne dispersant, 10% of alcohol, 0.3% of waterborne fumed silica, 5% of matting powder, 2% of a waterborne wax emulsion, 4% of a waterborne photoinitiator, 0.3% of a waterborne defoamer, 0.3% of a waterborne leveling agent, 16.7% of deionized water and 0.1% of bactericide. The low-energy UV LED (light emitting diode) cured coating of the invention is low in energy consumption, does not produce ozone, contains no mercury, has no pollution to environment and no harm to human beings, and is fast in curing speed and high in curing efficiency; and since water is used as a diluent, the coating is environmentally friendlier.
