Abstract

The invention provides decalescence intumescent flame-retardant fireproof waterborne coating. The decalescence intumescent flame-retardant fireproof waterborne coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 to 75 parts of polyethylene glycol phase-change self-crosslinked acrylate film forming emulsion, 5 to 25 parts of galactose intumescent flame-retardant system, 5 to 35 parts of expandable filler, 2 to 4 parts of wetting agent, 1 to 3 parts of thickening agent and 5 to 15 parts of water. The coating can inhibit flame at medium and low temperature by decalescence and realizes heat-insulating protection of an internal material by a high-temperature expandable charcoal layer; the decalescence intumescent flame-retardant fireproof waterborne coating has high phase change heat absorption amount and remarkable cooling fireproof effect. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting water into a stirrer; sequentially adding the thickening agent and the wetting agent in a stirring process, and uniformly mixing; adding the galactose intumescent flame-retardant system and the expandable filler, and mixing and dispersing to be uniform; then adding the polyethylene glycol phase-change self-crosslinked acrylate film forming emulsion in the stirring process, adjusting a pH value of the system, shearing, dispersing, sieving and discharging.
