According to the quick detection method disclosed by the invention, frozen, dried and stored geobacillus stearothermophilus is added into nutrient gravy agar culture medium to be activated and cultured; the activated geobacillus stearothermophilus is inoculated into phosphate buffer solution to obtain suspension liquid; the geobacillus stearothermophilus suspension liquid is added into bromcresol purple peptone culture medium to obtain test culture medium; the test culture medium is evenly mixed with raw milk to be detected according to volume ratio of (1:2) to (1:3) to be cultured in water bath in 75 DEG C to 80 DEG C for 2.0h to 2.2h, and color change of culture medium is observed. According to the quick detection method disclosed by the invention, system color change reaction time is greatly shortened by adjusting water bath culture temperature to 75 DEG C and coordinating corresponding reasonable volume ratio of the test culture medium to the raw milk, the time is shortened by about 20%, and detecting efficiency is further improved.
