According to the quick detection method disclosed by the invention, system color change reaction time is greatly shortened by adjusting water bath culture temperature to 75 DEG C and coordinating corresponding reasonable volume ratio of the test culture medium to the raw milk, the time is shortened by about 20%, and detecting efficiency is further improved.
