The parameter mapping table generating module scans all parameters of an IP parameterization unit to make a parameter mapping table, and compares the parameter mapping table with a former value; if the parameter mapping table is different from the former value, the IP tag generating module is called to generate an IP tag in real time, and the made parameter mapping table is stored to be used for next comparison; the client IP parameter list establishing module is used for scanning the IP tag and translating the IP tag to form a corresponding client IP parameter table. The invention further discloses an implementation method of a dynamic tag for IP parameterization unit merging.
