Abstract

An electrical stimulation method is adopted; and electrical stimulation treatment is conducted after balancing eggs in an electrical stimulation buffer solution for 2min, regulating parameters of an electrical pulse instrument and sucking 1ml of the eggs into an electric shock cup by virtue of a suction tube, wherein the electrical stimulation buffer solution, which is a mannitol buffer solution, specifically consists of the following ingredients: 0.05mmol / L of CaCl2, 0.1mmol / L of MgCl2, 0.5mmol / L of Hepes, 1% of BSA and 0.27mmol / L of mannitol; and the parameters of the electrical pulse instrument are as follows: field intensity is 1.1kv / cm, capacitance is 3 [mu]F and electrical pulse is conducted twice. During the electrical simulation, an egg density is 4.5 to the power of 4 eggs / ml. The method provided by the invention is simple and effective; and through electrical stimulation inducing, a cleavage rate of the palaemon carincauda can reach 28% or above and an embryo survival rate can reach 98% or above.
