Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for preparing olefin from methanol. The device comprises at least two reactors, a regenerator and a quenching and water washing device, wherein each reactor is provided with an outlet of a catalyst to be generated, a regenerated catalyst inlet and a product gas outlet; the regenerator is provided with an inlet of the catalyst to be generated and a regenerated catalyst outlet; the inlet of the catalyst to be generated is communicated with each outlet of the catalyst to be generated; the regenerated catalyst outlet is communicated with each regenerated catalyst inlet; the quenching and water washing device is provided with a product gas inlet and the product gas inlet is communicated with each product gas outlet. According to the device provided by the invention, the characteristics of small regenerator load, large reactor load and small catalyst circulation quantity in a process of preparing the olefin from the methanol are sufficiently utilized and the plurality of reactors share one regenerator. Therefore, the capacity of one set of the device for preparing the olefin from the methanol can be greatly improved. The plurality of reactors are matched with one regenerator and one quenching and water washing device so that the equipment and occupied area can be reduced and the cost is reduced.
