Abstract

The invention provides an efficient treatment method for fluorescent pigment emulsion wastewater. The efficient treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) performing aeration stirring in a wastewater collection tank; (2) performing demulsification pretreatment; (3) treating in a coagulating basin; (4) performing coagulating and decoloring, namely feeding wastewater after decoloring and primary flocculation inside the coagulating basin into a flocculation basin through an overflowing port, respectively adding a fluorescent wastewater decoloring agent, aluminum polychlorid and anionic polyacrylamide, continuously aerating to enable wastewater of primary flocculation to sufficiently contact and react with a solution of the anionic polyacrylamide and furthermore form aggregated flocculate; (5) performing flocculation and sedimentation; and (6) separating and discharging. The method provided by the invention is simple and easy to operate, meanwhile reaction flocculate can be reduced, environment protection requirements can be met, and pollutants can be reduced from sources; and in addition, the sewage after the decoloring treatment with the method provided by the invention can be used as workshop floor washing water, then circulation use is achieved, and the water resource is saved.
