Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, sugarcane yellow aphids are used as experimental materials for virus transmission routes and drug resistance tests. The insect sources used are generally collected directly from host plants in the field, which requires a lot of manpower and material resources. In addition, in the natural environment, the growth and reproduction of sugarcane yellow aphids are affected by seasons and environments. Due to the influence of conditions, there is no guarantee that there will be enough experimental materials, and the uniformity is poor

Embodiment 1

[0022] Embodiment 1, a kind of sugarcane yellow aphid indoor artificial breeding method comprises the following steps:

[0023] Funong 41 sugarcane plants that grow robustly and are free from diseases and insect pests are taken from the field, cut into single-bud stems, and full-grown buds are selected, treated in a constant temperature circulating hot water bath at 52°C for 30 minutes, and placed at 37°C to accelerate germination. The height of the buds should not be lower than 5 cm, take the leaves, refer to the sugarcane mosaic virus and sorghum mosaic virus described in the literature published in "Annals of Applied Biology" (Luo et al., 2016) and "Virus Genes" (Gao et al., 2012) and the RT-PCR detection method of sugarcane yellow leaf virus. After confirming that no virus is carried, the buds are taken, and the buds are sterilized with 75% ethanol for 0~30 s, and then sterilized with 0.1% HgCl 2 Sterilize for 15 minutes, peel off 3-5 leaf sheaths, cut off the shoot tips w...

Abstract

The invention relates to an indoor artificial breeding propagation method for yellow sugarcane aphids. The method comprises cultivation of sterile and non-toxic sugarcane tissue culturing bottle seedlings, sterilization of the yellow sugarcane aphids, virus-free, sterile and homogenization breeding of the yellow sugarcane aphids and virus-free and sterile subculture of the yellow sugarcane aphids. According to the indoor artificial breeding propagation method for yellow sugarcane aphids, the sterile and non-toxic sugarcane tissue culturing bottle seedlings are adopted as a breeding medium for the artificial breeding propagation of sterile and non-toxic yellow sugarcane aphids, since the yellow sugarcane aphids are growing and propagating in the sealed breeding container, are kept in a sterile environment and free of influences of environmental microorganisms and natural enemies, and cannot move to the external environment, pathogenic spreading to surrounding crops and corresponding disease spreading are avoided. The adoption of the sterile and non-toxic sugarcane tissue culturing bottle seedlings as the breeding medium is low in cost, easy to operate and capable of providing sufficient amount of non-toxic and homogeneous yellow sugarcane aphid sources.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an insect breeding and breeding method, in particular to a sugarcane yellow aphid indoor artificial breeding and breeding method, which belongs to the technical field of insect breeding and breeding. Background technique [0002] Sugarcane aphids ( Melanaphis sacchari ) with sugarcane yellow aphid Longiunguis sacchari Zehntner (also known as sorghum aphid), sugarcane cotton aphid Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner (aka powder aphid) and root aphid Tetrancura bi rsuta Three species of Baker, Homoptera, Aphididae. Among them, the sugarcane yellow aphid gathers adults or nymphs on the back of sugarcane leaves to suck the juice, causing the sugarcane leaves to turn yellow or even wither. The large amount of honeydew secreted can cause soot disease, affect photosynthesis, and reduce yield and sugar content. The sugarcane yellow aphid is also a vector insect that transmits various plant viruses such as sugarcane mosaic viru...
