The low-heating-value / low-pressure gas combustor is characterized in that a center air pipe, a primary air channel, a gas channel, a secondary air channel and a tertiary air channel are sequentially and coaxially arranged from interior to exterior; primary air flowing through the primary air channel is swirling air, a plurality of inward jetting inner gas nozzles and a plurality of outward jetting outer gas nozzles are arranged at the front end portion of the gas channel; air flowing through the secondary air channel is direct current air; tertiary air flowing through the tertiary air channel is swirling air, the amount of gas jetted by the inner gas nozzles is 5%-35% of the total gas amount, and the volume of air jetted by the primary air channel is 1%-15% of the total air volume.
