Abstract

The invention relates to a method for acquiring an appropriate root temperature interval based on crop requirements, which is characterized in that a photosynthetic rate prediction model is built according to a coupling relation between the root temperature and the illumination intensity, the leaf temperature and the Co2 concentration so as to acquire an appropriate root temperature interval. The method comprises the steps of firstly performing environment pre-adaptation processing on crops by adopting an incubator; secondly, measuring the net photosynthetic rate under different root temperature, leaf temperature, CO2 concentration and illumination intensity conditions in a nested experiment mode by adopting a portable photosynthetic rate tester, analyzing the coupling between the net photosynthetic rate and the environment factors, building a photosynthetic rate prediction model by using a regression type support vector machine, searching the optimal leaf temperature, the optical CO2 concentration and the optical illumination intensity and the corresponding maximum photosynthetic rate under different root temperature conditions by adopting a multi-population genetic algorithm, and acquiring an appropriate root temperature interval, thereby effectively avoiding influences imposed on the photosynthesis of hydroponic crops by too high or low root temperatures in winter and summer, and laying a good foundation for regulating the environment factors such as the leaf temperature, the CO2 concentration and the illumination intensity of facility hydroponic crops.
