Embodiment 1

[0111] Such as image 3 Shown, the image quality evaluation method that the present invention proposes in conjunction with Risez transform and human visual system characteristic, (abbreviation RVSIM) comprises the following steps:

[0112] In the first step, the reference image R and the distorted image D are respectively subjected to 5-scale Log-Gabor bandpass filtering to obtain the components R of the image in 5 different frequency bands b1 / R b2 / R b3 / R b4 / R b5 and D b1 / D b2 / D b3 / D b4 / D b5 .

[0113] In the second step, Riesz transform is performed on the decomposed image based on the single-cast signal theory to obtain 5 pairs of single-cast signals and

[0114] The third step is to use 5 pairs of single-cast signals to carry out local features (including local amplitude A, local phase and the local direction θ) to calculate the similarity, and get 5 sets of single-play similarity functions

[0115]

[0116] , and then get 5 single-play similarit...

Embodiment 2

[0212] This embodiment 2 is a system embodiment, and the above-mentioned embodiment 1 is a method embodiment. It should be noted that this embodiment 2 and the above-mentioned embodiment 1 belong to the same technical concept. For the content that is not described in detail in this embodiment, please refer to Method Example 1.

[0213] Such as Figure 9 As shown, a system using the image quality evaluation method includes:

[0214] The decomposition unit is used to decompose the reference image R and the distorted image D in 5 scales by using the Log-Gabor filter, respectively,

[0215] The Riesz transformation unit is used to perform Riesz transformation on the decomposed image based on the single-casting signal theory to obtain 5 pairs of single-casting signals;

[0216] The first calculation unit is used to calculate the similarity of local features of 5 pairs of monogenetic signals to obtain 5 groups of monogenetic similarity functions, and then obtain 5 monogenetic simi...

Abstract

The present invention provides an image quality evaluation method and system, and belongs to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises: performing 5-dimensional decomposition on a reference image and a distorted image separately by using a Log-Gabor filter, and then performing Riesz transform on a decomposed image based on a theory of single-speech signal, to obtain 5 pairs of single-speech signals; calculating a similarity degree of local features of the 5 pairs of single-speech signals to obtain 5 similarity maps, and performing weighted summation by using a characteristic of a human visual system to obtain 1 single-speech similarity map; In addition, performing calculation of single-speech phase consistency on a Riesz transform feature graph obtained by using the reference image, to obtain a pooling function; and calculating a gradient magnitude similarity degree for the reference image and the distorted image, and finally performing convolution on a product of the single-speech similarity degree and the gradient magnitude similarity degree by using the pooling function, to obtain a final image quality evaluation index. The algorithm is tested on multiple databases, and as proven from results, the RGSIM algorithm has excellent overall performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of image quality processing, in particular to an image quality evaluation method and system. Background technique [0002] As an element of information expression and communication, digital images have been widely used. However, digital images are accompanied by quality reduction and distortion in the process of acquisition, compression, transmission, processing, and reconstruction [1]. Therefore, the research on image quality assessment (IQA) has become an important content in the field of digital image processing. [0003] According to the presence or absence of reference images, image quality evaluation can be divided into full-reference (FR) evaluation, semi-reference (RR) evaluation and no-reference (NR) evaluation [2]. MSE and PSNR are by far the most widely used full-reference image quality assessment methods. Although these two types of methods have the advantages of simple calculation and easy im...
