Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing an inner steel die and an outer steel die according to a size design requirement of the cast-in-place concrete stay-in-place template; (2) preparing concrete materials; (3) mixing the prepared concrete materials; (4) casting a first concrete layer; (5) placing an inner template, slowly pushing the inner steel die of which the bottom is provided with holes; (6) casting a second concrete layer; (7) casting a third concrete layer; and (8) removing the dies and maintaining. By adopting the preparation method, fine cracks can be detected autonomously and repaired; the template is a pre-fabricated part, construction operation is easy, and a part of a reinforcing steel bar can be pre-embedded into the template; a function of autonomously repairing the cracks is realized, so that the leakage of harmful substances into the concrete along the surface of a structure is delayed, and the rusting of the reinforcing steel bar is avoided, the durability of reinforced concrete is enhanced, the service life is prolonged, the conventional wood template can be replaced, and the preparation method is suitable for industrial production and rapid construction, is saving in wood resources, and has wide prospect.
