Abstract

The invention discloses a production expansion process of a propylene rectification tower for a gas fractionation device. According to the process, a raw material is separated by utilizing a propylene rectification unit; the propylene rectification unit comprises the propylene rectification tower, a tower top condenser, a tower top reflux tank, a tower top product water cooler, a tower bottom reboiler and a tower bottom product water cooler, wherein the propylene rectification tower is provided with a feeding preheater and an intermediate reboiler; the feeding temperature of the propylene rectification tower is controlled to be between 50 DEG C and 70 DEG C; the operation pressure of the propylene rectification tower is 1.70MPa to 1.90MPa. According to the production expansion process, through decreasing the operation pressure of the propylene rectification tower, optimizing the feeding temperature of the propylene rectification tower and arranging the intermediate reboiler, the liquid flooding and the tower submersion which are possibly caused as the handling capacity is increased are reasonably avoided; the production expansion of the propylene rectification tower is realized; the process can be used for realizing increasing the handling capacity of the propylene rectification tower by 5 percent to 20 percent in the conditions that the diameter and an in-tower member of the rectification tower are not modified.
