Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a radix aconiti lateralis preparata-licorice root polysaccharide extract. The preparation method comprises: a, taking 1-4 parts by weight of radix aconiti lateralis preparata, and 4 parts by weight of licorice root; b, adding 10-30 times the volume of water, carrying out warm immersion extraction for 4-8 h at a temperature of 70-90 DEG C, and concentrating the extraction liquid; c, adding ethanol to the concentrated liquid obtained in the step b while stirring; d, standing, precipitating, carrying out suction filtration, and collecting the filtration residue; and e, washing the filtration residue, and drying so as to obtain the product. According to the present invention, with the method, the polysaccharide can be extracted from the radix aconiti lateralis preparata and the licorice root to the maximum, wherein the polysaccharide extraction rate is up to 6.4%. The invention further provides the radix aconiti lateralis preparata-licorice root polysaccharide extract obtained according to the method, wherein the efficacy experiment results prove that the two polysaccharide components complement each other and synergistically act, have the significant improved anti-oxidation effect and the immunity enhancing effect, do not inhibit the proliferation of normal liver cells, further have advantages of excellent biosafety and good clinical application prospects.
