By utilizing the biological Chinese herbal feed additive, the average weight of the broiler chicken is obviously increased, and the feed conversion ratio is reduced; the immunoglobulin G (IgG) level and newcastle disease (ND) antibody level of broiler chicken blood serum are obviously improved; and the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and superoxide dismutase of the broiler chicken blood serum are obviously improved, and the content of malondiadehyde (MDA) of leg muscle is greatly reduced. Experiments show that by utilizing the biological Chinese herbal feed additive, the production performance and chicken quality of the broiler chicken can be improved, and the antioxidant capability and immunity of an organism are increased.

The invention provides a combined inactivated vaccine against mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (MHP) and mycoplasma hyorhinis. The combined inactivated vaccine contains the MHP and the mycoplasma hyorhinis with preferred content as well as a Carbomer adjuvant with concentration of 10% (V/V). The invention further provides a preparation method of the combined inactivated vaccine against the MHP and the mycoplasma hyorhinis. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing production strains; preparing bacterium solution for producing seedlings; and inactivating, concentrating and blending to obtain the vaccine. The combined inactivated vaccine has the advantages of strong specificity and good immunity, thus solving the problem of specific infection caused by the MHP in the current domestic breeding farm and obtaining the mycoplasma hyorhinis vaccine under a blank state at home and abroad at present. The combined inactivated vaccine has the beneficial effects that the step of vaccine inoculation is simplified, trouble caused by a plurality of inoculation and easily produced side effects are avoided, and vaccine cost is saved, thus being especially applicable to preventing andtreating mixed infection diseases in the breeding farms at home and abroad and the like; and compared with the existing single vaccine, application range is widened and immune effect is enhanced.

Controlled degradable surgical suture thread and fabricating method thereof

The invention discloses a controlled degradable surgical suture thread and a fabricating method thereof. The innermost part is chitosan fiber core, the middle part is collagen layer, and the outermost part is ethyloic-chitosan layer. From innermost to outermost, the thickness ratio of each layer is 2:X:(3-X), wherein X is larger than 1 and smaller than 3. The value of X is related to degradation velocity of the surgical suture thread: the larger the value, the faster the degradation velocity of the surgical suture thread, and the shorter the healing period of wound suitable to be sutured; andthe smaller the value, the slower the degradation velocity of the surgical suture thread, and the longer the healing period of wound suitable to be sutured. The fabricating method of the surgical suture thread comprises: (1) preparing chitosan fiber core and collagen; (2) covering a layer of collagen outside the chitosan fiber; (3) covering a layer of ethyloic-chitosan outside the collagen cover of the chitosan fiber; (4) processing and polishing the suture thread prepared in (3) by an automatic coreless grinder, connecting with suture needles of different models to prepare into a finish product of surgical suture thread. The technical scheme of the invention has plentiful advantages: controllable degradation velocity, high tension strength, improved biocompatibility and anti-infectious property, quick wound healing, no obvious scars, good biocompatibility, etc.
