Abstract

The invention provides an electric spindle condition monitoring and fault diagnosing system and a monitoring and diagnosing method thereof, which belong to the technical field of numerical control processing. The electric spindle condition monitoring and fault diagnosing system includes an electric spindle device, a signal conditioning and collecting device, a parameter setting module, an audio collecting device, a video monitoring device, a lower computer, an upper computer, and a client. The monitoring and diagnosing method includes the following steps: the fault value ranges of a current sensor, a voltage sensor and a vibration sensor are set through the parameter setting module; and the current sensor and the voltage sensor in the signal conditioning and collecting device respectively detect the current and voltage of the winding, the stator and the rotor in the electric spindle device, and the vibration sensor detects the speed signals of the spindle and the motor in the electric spindle device and the vibration signals of the bearings, the rotating shaft and the spindle casing.
