The processing process comprises the following steps: (a) cleaning and drying thermoplastic polyurethane slices, mixing the thermoplastic polyurethane slices with an antibacterial agent, adding the mixture into a screw extruder, and carrying out fusion and mixing; (b) adding a cross-linking agent in a metering stage of the extrusion or after the mixture is added into the extruder before entering a mixer; and (c) spraying out a fused spinning material by virtue of a spinneret plate, and carrying out spinning and winding formation. The product process comprises the following flows: slice cleaning, drying, extrusion, mixing, yarn spinning, traction, cooling, oiling and winding. The antibacterial agent is nano-scale silver powder.
