The preparation method of the biological organic fertilizer comprises the following steps: heating phosphoric acid, adding into a reaction kettle, then adding ammonium sulfate and ammonium molybdate into the reaction kettle, stirring, and dissolving; adding sodium nitrate and potassium phosphate into the reaction kettle, and carrying out complexing reaction; dissolving a biological inoculant and reactants into water, uniformly mixing in a stirring machine, and then drying and crystallizing, so that biological bacterial fertilizer granules are obtained; putting abamectin, sugarcane powder, sepiolite, sweet potato powder, alligator alternanthera powder, honeysuckle straw powder, beet powder, phoenix tree leaf powder and the biological bacterial fertilizer granules into a fermentation tank, and fermenting; and then drying and crystallizing products, sealing with bags, and carrying out low temperature preservation, so that the biological organic fertilizer is obtained.
