Abstract

The invention provides a digital low-dropout voltage regulator. The regulator includes a digital comparator, a shifting register, a first transistor array, a second transistor array, a first capacitor, a first resistor and a load; a forward input end of the digital comparator is connected with reference voltage, a backward input end of the digital comparator is connected with output voltage, and an output end of the digital comparator is connected with an input end of the shifting register; an output end of the shifting register is connected with a voltage input end of the first transistor array; a current output end of the first transistor array is connected to the ground through the load, and meanwhile connected with the backward input end of the digital comparator; a voltage input end of the second transistor array is connected with power supply voltage, the current output end of the second transistor array is connected to the ground through the load, and a ground terminal of the second transistor array is connected with the ground through the first resistor and meanwhile connected to the current output end of the second transistor array through the first capacitor.
