Problems solved by technology

Many of the above methods can effectively reduce the impact of impulse noise, but still cannot completely eliminate the interference of impulse noise, so when the proportion of impulse noise contained in the data is large, the robustness of these methods is often poor

Embodiment 1

[0058] In this embodiment, the classic marmousi model is used as a reference model to generate post-stack seismic records, and the proposed maximum correlation entropy algorithm is used for inversion.

[0059] Known marmousi velocity models such as figure 2 As shown in (a), the post-stack seismic records generated by the convolution method are as follows: figure 2 As shown in (b), the seismic wavelet is the Reker wavelet with a dominant frequency of 40 Hz, and the sampling interval of the synthesized seismic records is 2 ms.

[0060] In order to analyze the robustness of the maximum correlation entropy criterion to noisy records, first analyze the image 3 (a) In the case of 5db Gaussian noise, the comparison is as follows image 3 L shown in (b) 2 Norm inversion results and such as image 3 (c) The maximum correlation entropy inversion results shown. Next, to the synthesized post-stack record add such as Figure 4 5db Laplacian noise (non-Gaussian noise) shown in (a),...

Embodiment 2

[0063] In this example, seismic inversion is carried out using the actual data of a shale gas work area in the west. The post-stack seismic records are as follows: Figure 5 (a) shown. For shale gas, kerogen content (TOC) is a key indicator to predict the presence of oil and gas in shale. Analyzing the intersection diagram of this work area, density and wave impedance are closely related to TOC. Therefore, whether a good TOC can be obtained depends on the results of seismic wave impedance inversion.

[0064] In order to verify the effectiveness of the maximum correlation entropy method and its advantages and disadvantages compared with traditional algorithms, such as Figure 5 (b) to Figure 5 (e) shown in this part respectively with L 1 , L 2 , Huber norm and maximum correlation entropy methods are used to invert the actual data. The inversion results obtained by the four methods are the wave impedance curve at the well position and the real logging curve; no matter fro...

Abstract

The invention discloses a maximum-joint-entropy-based post-stack seismic wave impedance inversion method applied to the seismic exploration field. With a seismic inversion model as a Robinson convolution model, a post-stack wave impedance forward modeling model is constructed; on the basis of a maximum joint entropy criterion, an objective function is established; and then iterative solution is carried out on the objective function to realize post-stack seismic wave impedance inversion. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the objective function is established based on the maximum joint entropy criterion, so that the objective function is able to eliminate the non-Gaussian noises; and compared with the traditional method, the method disclosed by the invention has high robustness and high precision.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of seismic exploration, in particular to a seismic inversion technology. Background technique [0002] Seismic inversion is a key technology in seismic exploration. Seismic inversion is the process of inferring the structure, shape and material composition of the earth's interior by using the propagation laws of seismic waves in the underground medium based on geophysical observation data, and at the same time quantitatively calculating various related geophysical parameters. Seismic inversion provides an important basis for oil and gas exploration and development. [0003] Model-based inversion is an important and effective method in seismic inversion. This method adopts the idea of iteration, starting from the initial geological model, using the model correction calculated by the residual between the synthetic record and the real record to update the model, so that the forward seismic data of the model can best ...
