Problems solved by technology

Most of the currently disclosed tritium-containing water treatment processes are used for the treatment of tritium-containing heavy water, and most of them are the dilution process of tritium, which requires a large amount of hydrogen to replace the tritium in the water, and the processing pressure and energy consumption of the hydrogen isotope separation unit at the back end are huge.
Therefore, the technology that can meet the large-capacity tritium-containing wastewater treatment requirements of nuclear power plants is still lacking

Abstract

The invention discloses a tritium removing treatment device and method for tritium-containing water. A reliable solution is provided for solving the problem that processes for treating the tritium-containing water in nuclear power plants lack. The device comprises a feeding system, a water distillation unit, a cascade system, a combined electrolysis catalytic exchange unit, a tritium water storagecontainer and a heat pump energy-saving system. A two-stage treatment process is adopted, and water distillation serves as a primary depletion and volume reduction process to achieve standardized emission depletion of large-volume low-concentration tritium-containing water; a combined electrolytic catalytic exchange process serves as a secondary high-efficiency volume reduction process to achievethe depletion and volume reduction treatment of the tritium-containing water with different multiples. The method has the advantages that the flow is simple, the device is convenient to operate, thesystem stability is good, and the volume-reduction and depletion factors are high; the depletion and volume reduction treatment of the tritium-containing water can be effectively achieved, and the method has wide engineering application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nuclear waste treatment, and in particular relates to a detritiation treatment device and method for tritiated water. Background technique [0002] With the needs of national development and environmental protection, nuclear energy will play an increasingly important role in my country's energy field. At the same time, we must also be soberly aware that although nuclear energy is more environmentally friendly and green than fossil energy, nuclear energy will inevitably produce a certain amount of radioactive waste while providing huge energy. The generation of radioactive waste will also gradually increase. Due to the particularity of radioactive waste, it has been widely concerned. [0003] Tritiated wastewater is an important aspect of this. The tritium in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit is mainly produced in the nuclear reaction, a part is produced in the nuclear fission process of ...
