Embodiment Construction

[0039] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. In order to avoid too many unnecessary details, well-known structures or functions will not be described in detail in the following embodiments.

[0040] Approximate language used in the following examples is for quantitative representations, indicating that certain variations in quantities are permissible without altering essential function. Accordingly, values modified by language such as "about", "approximately" and the like are not limited to the exact value itself. In some embodiments, "about" means that the corrected value is allowed to vary within the range of plus or minus ten percent (10%), for example, "about 100" means any value between 90 and 110. Furthermore, in the expression "about the first value to the second value", both values of the first value and the second value are corrected approximately at the same time. In some cases, the language of approximation may relate...

Abstract

The invention investigates application of ganoderma atrum polysaccharides for protecting the liver, spleen and kidney injury caused by acrylamide. Specifically, oral administration of the ganoderma atrum polysaccharides can achieve the effects of improving the antioxidant enzyme activities in the liver, spleen and kidney tissues and reducing the content of peroxide MDA. Meanwhile, the phenomenon that the content of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in the liver is increased due to acrylamide can be restored. Furthermore, the urea nitrogen and creatinine level in the kidney tissues can be reduced, and the glomerular filtration ability is restored. In addition, the ganoderma atrum polysaccharides are proved to achieve exact sustained release effects on inflammatory injury caused by the acrylamide. The invention further confirms that the pharmacological actions of the ganoderma atrum polysaccharides are realized by downwards regulatthe ing expressions of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1beta, IL-6 and TNF-alpha and upwards regulating the expression of an anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. Based on the novel properties of the ganoderma atrum polysaccharides, the invention determines novel application in preparation of medicines for protecting the liver, spleen and kidney injury caused by acrylamide by utilizing the ganoderma atrum polysaccharides. The ganoderma atrum polysaccharides have exact curative effects and have excellent application prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, and further relates to new medical applications of substances, in particular to the application of black ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides in the preparation of mammalian liver, spleen or kidney tissue protection drugs under the condition of acrylamide damage. Background technique [0002] Acrylamide (AA) is an important industrial compound that people are widely in contact with. It was originally used as a chemical monomer for the synthesis of polyacrylamide, and it is widely used in various industries such as sewage treatment, paper industry, medicine, pesticides and dyes. potentially toxic pollutants. Studies in the prior art have shown that acrylamide has multiple toxicity, including neurotoxicity, genotoxicity, developmental toxicity, male reproductive toxicity and so on. Acrylamide can be absorbed by the human body through various channels, among which the absorption through the digestive...
