Abstract

The invention discloses a method for culturing microalgae by comprehensively utilizing kitchen-garbage fermenting liquid. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the concentration of the kitchen-garbage fermenting liquid till the content of NH4-N is 500-2500mg / L and the pH is 9-10; adding phosphate and magnesium salt into the kitchen-garbage fermenting liquid, wherein the molar ratio of NH4-N, PO43- and Mg2+ is 1:(1.2-1.5):(1.2-1.5), stirring, placing for 12-24 hours at a room temperature, and precipitating out struvite; filtering the mixture, collecting the struvite, precipitatingand washing the struvite and drying; adjusting the pH of filtrate to be 6-7, inoculating microalgae with the inoculation amount of (3-4)*106cells / mL, and carrying out lighting culture at a room temperature to obtain incremental microalgae and purified water. The struvite can be reutilized as a component of a microalgae culture medium.
