Abstract

The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant steel structural component. The steel structural component comprises a steel structural component body, a zinc film layer and a composite aluminum film layer, wherein the zinc film layer is formed on the surface of the steel structural component body through hot dip coating, and the composite aluminum film layer is sprayed to the surface of the zinc film layer. A corrosion resistance treatment process of the steel structural component comprises the following steps of 1, pretreatment; 2, hot dip galvanizing; and 3, spraying of a composite protectivecoating.
