The invention further provides a preparation method of the rubber and plastic concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, heating the rubber and plastic granules till surface layers are molten; mixing and stirring the heated rubber and plastic granules with the polypropylene fiber so as to obtain rubber and plastic granules connected with the polypropylene fiber; further mixing the rubber and plastic granules connected with the polypropylene fiber with a cementing material and the steel fiber; putting coarse aggregate and fine aggregate into the mixture obtained in the former step, uniformly stirring, and continuously stirring with water. By adopting the preparation method of the rubber and plastic concrete, the surfaces of the rubber and plastic granules are molten through rapid heating, the polypropylene fiber is connected with the rubber and plastic granules through a molten rubber and plastic material, and the preparation process is simple and convenient to implement.
