Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of potash fertilizer synergist, and in particular, relates to a biochar based potash fertilizer synergist and a preparation method thereof; the synergist includes corncob compound biochar and bacillus mucilaginosus loaded on the corncob compound biochar. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing corncob biochar and an isomaltulose solution, placing at room temperature for a period of time, filtering, and then drying, to obtain the corncob compound biochar; inoculating an LB liquid culture medium with bacillus mucilaginosus, carrying out shaking culture in a shaking table, terminating the culture when the culture liquid OD600 reaches 1.0, carrying out aseptic centrifugation, and then adding normal saline to obtain a bacterial suspension;and mixing the corncob compound biochar and the bacillus mucilaginosus suspension with the mass and volume ratio of 5:1, oscillating, filtering and drying. The biochar based potash fertilizer synergist provided by the invention can increase the biological activity of bacillus mucilaginosus by 53.7% and increase the potassium dissolving ability by 6.5 times.
