Abstract

The invention discloses a system for preparing organic fertilizer from kitchen waste. The system comprises a collection unit, a primary solid-liquid separation unit, a liquid kitchen waste degradationunit, a solid kitchen waste degradation unit, a fermentation unit and a waste gas treatment unit, wherein the collection unit is used for collecting kitchen waste and transporting the kitchen waste to a collection apparatus of a next step; the primary solid-liquid separation unit comprises a screening apparatus for primarily separating solid kitchen waste and liquid kitchen waste; the liquid kitchen waste degradation unit comprises a degradation apparatus for degrading the liquid kitchen waste into dischargeable waste water; the solid kitchen waste degradation unit comprises a degradation apparatus for degrading solid kitchen waste into solids in a uniform size; the fermentation unit comprises a fermentation apparatus for cooling and fermenting the degraded waste; and the waste gas treatment unit comprises a waste gas treatment apparatus for performing deodorization emission for the primary solid-liquid separation unit. The kitchen waste in the invention is operated on purpose by virtue of the collection unit, the liquid waste is degraded, and the solid waste is broken and fermented, so that the produced organic fertilizer is uniform in size and moderate in humidity; and moreover,the odor generated in fermentation is also treated.
