Abstract

The invention discloses a process editing method and apparatus, process obtaining method and apparatus, and process data protection method and apparatus of a solar cell production device. The editingmethod comprises: hardware information of all production devices at a solar cell production line is stored in a process editing terminal; process data of the designated production equipment are editedby the process editor at the process editing terminal; and the process data are encrypted based on the hardware information, stored in the process editing terminal, of the designated production equipment and an encryption mode, so that a process file of the designated production equipment is obtained. Since the process editing terminal is separated from the production equipment and not field production equipment is used for process editing, the possibility of obtaining process data by people around the production equipment is reduced effectively. The process data can be encrypted based on thehardware information of the designated production equipment after process data editing; and because of the unique characteristic of the hardware information, the process file is protected from beingcracked, so that the data security is enhanced substantially.
