Abstract

The invention discloses a general motor control interface card based on a PXI Express bus. The interface card includes an FPGA module. A front end of the FPGA module is connected with an ADC module, aresolver collection module, a differential-digital-quantity input module, a differential-digital-quantity output module and an LVDS interface module, and a back end is bidirectionally connected witha PXIExpress interface module, a PXI interface module and a CPCI interface module. The interface card has the advantages that: (1) a data transmission rate is increased on the basis of the PXI Expressbus, and up to 2.5Gb / s, and motor control quality is effectively improved; (2) the FPGA module is adopted for data processing, and processing capability of motor sensing signals is improved; and (3)the used PXI Express bus is compatible with conventional buses such as PXI and PCI Express, and can be effectively multiplexed with various bus devices.
