Abstract

The invention discloses a built-in pipeline skin effect electric heat tracing-oriented simulation method. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a model of an oil pipeline; establishing a wiring connector model for a heat tracing cable of any terminal of the model of the oil pipeline and pipeline wall of the oil pipeline; establishing a wiring terminal model of an incoming line-end null wire of the model of the oil pipeline; dispersing a spectrum impulse function by adoption of a fundamental wave with a fixed period so as to simulate input live wire voltage of the heat tracing cable; establishing connection between the model of the oil pipeline and a data interface model; analyzing current density and heat flow distribution of the oil pipeline, a crude oil medium and theheat tracing cable; and carrying out section current density and section heat flow distribution analysis on sections of the oil pipeline, the crude oil medium and the heat tracing cable. The invention furthermore discloses a built-in pipeline skin effect electric heat tracing-oriented simulation device. The method and the device are capable of solving the problem that flow velocities of crude oilin oil pipelines are influenced and the construction difficulty and cost of electric heat tracing of the oil pipelines are increased as heat tracing pipes pass through the oil pipelines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of skin-effect electric heat tracing of built-in oil pipelines, in particular to a simulation method and device for skin-effect electric heat tracing of built-in oil pipelines. Background technique [0002] Skin Effect Electrical Heat Trace Technique (SECT, Skin Effect Electrical Heat Trace Technique), as an effective pipeline insulation and antifreeze technology, has been widely used in the field of pipeline oil transportation. At present, the commonly used skin effect heating method is to weld the heat tracing pipe to the oil pipeline, and the heat tracing cable passes through the middle of the heat tracing pipe. Because the heat tracing pipe is outside the oil pipeline, its own heat consumption is relatively large; if the heat tracing pipe is passed through the oil pipeline, it will inevitably affect the flow rate of crude oil in the pipeline, and increase the construction of the electric heat tracing transformatio...
