Abstract

The alkali-free flash setting admixture is prepared by: subjecting a metal sulfate and alkanolamine to high temperature polymerization under the catalysis of inorganic acid, then attaching polyaluminum sulfate, low alcohol, a wetting agent and an anti-settling agent. Specifically, the organic-inorganic compound alkali-free flash setting admixture comprises: 1-3 parts of inorganic acid, 0.2-0.8 part of a complexing agent, 20-30 parts of a metal sulfate, 3.5-6.0 parts of alkanolamine, 20-25 parts of polyaluminum sulfate, 0.5-2.0 parts of low alcohol, 0.05-0.2 part of the wetting agent, 0.02-0.05 part of the anti-settling agent, and the balance water, with the total massfraction being 100 parts. The preparation method is carried out according to the steps of: 1. synthesis, 2. curing, 3. compounding and 4. filtration.
