The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing plant pure dew and honey, freezing and grinding to obtain frozen powder; 2) distilling plant petals in a distiller to obtain plant essential oil; 3) mixing 5-8 parts of plant essential oil obtained in the step 2) with 15-20 parts of glycerin, 20-25 parts of Carbomer, 3-10 parts of hyaluronic acid and 6-12 parts of water based on the weight parts of raw materials, and stirring uniformly; controlling the temperature to 40-50 DEG C; stirring for 5-15min;adding 6-8 parts of the frozen powder in the step 1); continuously stirring to uniformity; cooling to room temperature to obtain a finished product.
