Abstract

The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly paint removing method of a painted metal hanger. The method comprises the following steps: soaking the sprayed hanger to be cleaned for 2-6 h witha paint removing agent; flushing the hanger with the paint removing agent to peel off the paint coating; and then washing with an ultrasonic washing agent for 10-30 min by an ultrasonic washing method, thus removing residual paint on the hanger surface and obtaining the hanger with clean and smooth surface. According to the method, the paint removing agent and the ultrasonic washing agent are environmentally-friendly and low-toxicity water-based washing agents; the paint coating is not dissolved; the recycling is realized; and the environment is protected; the paint removing process can be performed at room temperature, so that the energy consumption is low; the treatment effect is obvious; the hanger is not damaged; and moreover, the technological processes are simple; the equipment investment is low; the cost is low; and massive production and application can be easily achieved.
