A formula composition of the agent is scientific and reasonable; a technology is simple; and the agent is convenient to use and very low in cost and has a better protecting effect on coccidian oocysts in manure. The protecting agent employing the ingredients such as the fructose serves as the protecting agent of the chicken manure in the production of the chicken coccidiosis vaccine can effectively keep activity of the coccidian oocysts in the chicken manure, prolongs preservation time of the manure, facilitates scale production and improves production efficiency. The manure preserved by the protecting agent can be preserved for 4 days at a room temperature, and the activity of the oocysts has no change as compared with that of oocysts in the fresh manure.
